Sarasota County Schools is currently hiring a Food Service Assistant I to work in our school district in Sarasota, FL.
As a Food Service Assistant I, you work in our schools 4-5 hours per day, 5 days per week (approximately 20-25 hours total) and are eligible for our full employer-paid benefits package.
Additional hours are available.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8th grade education
Responsibilities:
Prepare food items
Perform serving tasks
Perform cleaning and sanitation duties
Perform cash collection
Operate food service equipment
Serve on rotating basis to any of the following positions: cashier, server, back-up, dish machine operator, food preparation, and clean-up
