A Field Customer Service Representative meets with customers in person to identify their needs and works with the customer to find a product to meet their needs. Their main duties include traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, negotiating sales contracts and telling clients about new products, updates and features.

Responsibilities-
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
- Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
