Rol-Tec has a first shift opening – full time entry level position with benefits available in our roller manufacturing department. This is an entry level position. You will start as a machine tender / handler who will serve the machine operators by taking away finished product and bringing them raw materials for their next job. As you progress in the tender job, we will teach you how to operate machine shop lathes, presses, and other equipment to produce rubber and urethane parts.
We are flexible with employee’s home life obligations and are willing to help adjust schedules from time to time.
Rol-Tec is rapidly growing in Green Bay. First shift works 5 days, M-Fr, 8 hours per shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:
HS diploma or GED required.
Physical demands: Lifting, working with a variety of hand and power tools, shop machines and tools.
Mechanically inclined
Licenses not required, willing to train.
Position requires a drug test.
Must be able to learn quickly and make good decisions.
Must be able to work in a team environment and perform a variety of duties. We will teach you to run precision machines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn to manufacture industrial parts / rollers from urethane, rubber, and metal.
Support the plant equipment and maintain a safe work environment meeting all federal, state and local environment requirements are strictly followed.
