Job Title: Third-Party Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary: Responsible for establishing, maintaining, managing, and reporting on the fulfillment operations of Robertson’s third-party warehouses. Ensuring that proper integrations are in place where possible and assisting in setting up new programs with fulfillment partners as we continue to expand our global distribution network.
Reports To/ Supervisor: Sr. Director for Strategy & Digital Services
Knowledge, Skill, and Experience: Requires strong analytical abilities and good decision-making skills. Ability to collaborate with vendors, clients, and professionals in IT, sales, marketing, billing, and logistics.
Experience with warehouse systems, inventory management, fulfillment, ecommerce websites or other digital solutions required. Excel skills or a willingness to learn Excel along with other MS Office products a must.
Knowledge of FTP and curl utilities and exposure to either JSON or XML or both will be needed. Knowledge of tools like Postman will be a plus but not a requirement. Must possess a technical mentality or aptitude to be comfortable understanding and troubleshooting data and process flows.
Strong communication skills (both verbally and written) are necessary for success. The Specialist will need both problem solving and organizational skills to address complex operational issues, coordinate activities and manage timelines.
Minimum Education (if required): Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Minimum Experience: Three years of experience working with warehouse systems or within a warehouses preferred.
Essential Functions: The Third-Party Fulfillment Specialist will work with partner warehouses to ensure that merchandise is properly received, inventoried, fulfilled, and shipped. They will assist in setting up the requirements for new integrations between systems or establishing other electronic or manual methods of transferring data between Robertson’s digital solutions and the partner warehouse.
The Third-Party Fulfillment Specialist will also assist the Analytics & Reporting Office in setting up appropriate reports on third-party warehouse inventory and other operations.
Job Requirements: Oversees the activities of all functions involved in the planning, receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and fulfillment of goods by third-party warehouses.
Works to optimize usage of the company’s systems, for purposes of efficiency, cost reduction, and inventory control.
Maintains compliance with all regulatory and security requirements established for the program by the client and Robertson management.
Assists with setup and deployment of integrations with front-end systems and other warehouse systems.
Ensures all reporting requirements are met.
Liaise with internal resources as necessary regarding the day-to-day operations of third-party warehouses.
Keeps all company proprietary information internal and confidential.
Work in a respectful and professional manner.
Must be able to travel as needed domestically and internationally. Must have a valid passport. Travel may be up to 25% of the time.
