Riverside Research is seeking a Product Owner Proxy at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH to assist in performing product analysis and ensuring developmental teams are delivering products of the highest value to the government customer and analytical stakeholders. The Product Owner Proxy will ensure they understand stakeholder requirements, the proposed product solution, and the definition of success. Since context of this support will be classified, candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with directly with product stakeholders, possess a deep understanding of product requirements
  • Assist stakeholders and product development teams in determining if delivered product solutions are meeting their requirements; facilitate necessary documentation for government engagement with product development teams
  • Communicate government defined product visions to the product development teams and production stakeholders
  • Develop use cases and user stories as requested
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with working in agile software development environments
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills in fast paced, collaborative environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Analytical experience supporting OPIR production activities
  • Professional certifications in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Agile Leadership (CAL)
