Production Labor
Concrete pipe factory, Rinker Materials, seeks highly motivated individual to join our team. Great compensation for experienced high performers. Operate automated machine manufacturing steel wire cages and/or setup of cages ahead of casting. Entire crew is involved in tipout of cured concrete product prior to production, and clean-up of concrete casting machinery at the end of production. Opportunities for advancement exist for proven employees to more advanced positions. This position has a 5:45 AM start time that begins with a crew meeting. We work 10-hour days Monday-Friday with overtime at time-and-a-half in the busy season and 4 10-hour days in winter.

Requirements
- Previous experience in factory setting is desired
- Previous small forklift experience a plus
- mechanical aptitude
- desire to learn and advance
- ability to maintain equipment
- Strong communication skills
