This is a full time remote temporary opportunity that is projected to last 3 to 6 months.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities could include:
- Managing customer/distributer relationships utilizing a CRM.
- Becoming a product expert & mastering the entire product catalog.
- Managing large volumes of phone & email communication.
- Responding to customer conflict with positivity & deescalating as needed.
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
- 1+ years of recent customer care experience.
- Proficiency working with MS Office (Outlook & Excel) & CRM (MS Dynamics is a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong desire to be a product knowledge expert.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
