WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Partner with stakeholders and provide strategic and financial guidance to cross functional business partners
Provide stakeholders with meaningful analytics and insights regarding Traditional Categories marketing investments
Provide support to the Traditional Category brand team for Quarterly and Annual Plans through business cases and financial modeling
Building financial models and P&Ls for business cases
Consolidation and understanding of Traditional Category’s financial results
Identify business levers and recommendations that drive profitability
Develop business/operational metrics to provide key guidance to the organization
Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department improvement
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
Do you have experience in a business partnering Finance role supporting commercial or Financial Planning and Analysis functions?
Do you have experience in a financial analysis/creative modelling?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
5-8+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or relevant area.
Strong business acumen. Understanding market dynamics and demand patterns to help drive business decisions.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to articulate financial strategy, results, and forecasts.
Ability to effectively work in a fast-pace and ambiguous environment.
Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support
Ability to challenge the status quo as necessary.
BENEFICIAL
High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to tailor communication relative to the style and needs of others.

Prior experience within a CPG Company
