Full Job Description
Qualifications:
- 3 years Civil Construction estimating experience
- Blueprint/specification reading, PlanSwift experience a plus
- Experience in take-offs and estimating both material and labor
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining priorities is essential
- Prepare final cost estimate and bid documents for submittal to the clients
Core Responsibilities:
- Accurate estimating of public and private projects for material and labor
- Perform takeoffs of materials
- Review project specifications and ensure compliance of estimate
- Assist project managers on active projects with take offs & change order development
