RDC Restoration
Our company is looking for the best people to join our team. We are a fast growing company. RDC was founded in 1999, our goal is to be the best in New Jersey Restoration industry. We provide residential and commercial water damage restoration services. Our clients choose us because we are trustworthy and qualified to do the best job in a timely manner. We have a team that consists of some really great dedicated people who have earned the trust of our clients. We want to grow our team and have a marketing representative who is just as great to help support them!
You will be the glue between our company and potential contractors who source us work. The ideal candidate will be personable and make a great first impression. Someone who is independent but can also provide consistent communication. In this role, you will create and build relationships with a variety of networks who will want to choose us to refer for disaster restoration services.
This will involve generating water damage leads. Someone who can maintain contacts by emailing newsletters, meeting in person, working small events and other sales and marketing activities where you would network.
We want someone who will:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors throughout central NJ
- Organize and manage marketing plans and attend marketing events in the area
- Regular engagements and small event planning for our referral partners
- Achieve enrollment, job, and revenue targets monthly
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Meet and surpass goals set in place for weekly/monthly/ yearly achievements.
- Professional appearance and ability to promote RDC and our services
- Create monthly marketing plans with and ability to meet and exceeding its goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently to expand company brand
- Create new marketing ideas
- Ability to showcase our services at small events
- Experience in a similar industry with business development and account management
- Proficient in technology using email marketing software and social media
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in B2B Sales preferred
- Clean driver’s license and able to travel locally

Pay: $60,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
