Medical Supply Distributor seeks qualified and energetic candidate for Customer Service representative position. Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM
Position Description
Responsible for interacting with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of sales or post-sales service functions. Determines the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing and resolves return credit problems. Enter customer orders using company software system.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Reading, writing, arithmetic, good communication skills, PC and word-processing skills, and some knowledge of the company products
