Quality Carpet & Vinyl, Inc., a full-service flooring company focused on servicing customers in the multi-family, single-family, senior living, and commercial markets is seeking a highly motivated individual for the company’s Operation support position. In this position, you will provide support to the operations department for all floor covering related inquiries. Must have extensive knowledge of all types of floors covering materials, floor conditions, and installation processes.
Responsibilities include:
· On-going communication and collaboration with internal departments,
· Field inspections and measurements,
· Prepare bids, quotes, and estimates,
· Prepare change orders and work orders,
· Manage projects from inception to completion,
· Assist in resolving customer inquiries,
· Interaction with the technicians/crews
· Proficiency in the RMFS take-off software, deisred
· Proficiency in the RMFS CRM software, desired
. General administration tasks
· Other tasks and duties as specified by the Department Manager
Required skills / Qualifications:
· Extensive flooring knowledge of all types of flooring surfaces and floor covering materials
· Experience in solving customer issues
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
· Attention to details a must.
· Proficient with computer-based business tools (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
· Ability to quickly learn and use new computer systems
· A College degree or equivalent is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
