QTC, a subsidiary of Leidos, is seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. In this role, you will help design, develop and maintain an on prem as well as IDaaS solution using Sailpoint (identity and access management) platform.
Candidates may be considered for this role who are located or are willing to be located near San Antonio, TX.

In this rewarding role, you will:
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
- Install, integrate and use Sailpoint to deploy products (SOX related, business enhancements) in QTC environments.
- Work to resolve Sailpoint system issues escalated within the service level agreement.
- Communicate to customers aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.
- Work with the Identity Access Management team to continue making enhancement to the Identity Access Management program using SailPoint
- Work closely with development teams to perform User management, group management and Password management requests.
- Use tools to perform Exchange mailboxes and distribution lists management (PowerShell)
- Work closely with development teams to manage and maintain NAS folder permissions.
- Order/Maintain Cell Phone inventory for the company (AirWatch IDM)
- Create and maintain Identify Access Management metrics.
- Assist with rollout of Certification efforts via SailPoint for development teams
- Document various system access for all Users to store in a centralized repository
- Support efforts regarding audit findings, adherence to compliance and organizational change.
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills/background:
- Have experience in identity access management and governance, to include single sign on, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, and resource provisioning; Sailpoint preferred
- Demonstrate understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
- Understand complex business and information technology management processes
- Ability to create, and modify CONOPS, and Standard Operating Procedure documents
Candidates should have experience in:
- IAM platform (SAILPOINT preferred)
- Active Directory
- Exchange ECP
- PowerShell
- Excel VBA/Macros
- AirWatch MDM
Ideally, you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree w/5 years of related professional experience. (Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Pay Range: $54,000- $66,000
