Primary responsibilities:
*Learning the company’s standard operating procedures as well as marketing and advertising strategies
*Ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers in a business environment
*Responsible for meeting expectations and deadlines
*Resolve customer and client issues
*Appointment setting
*Demonstrate creative analytic and problem-solving skills
*Train and develop new associates
