Senior Product Manager – 100% Remote. Travel three to five times a year for meetings in the Puget Sound region will be required.

The Senior Product Manager combines user experience, business expectations, and technology to define and deliver products that delight the user base. The role provides simple elegant solutions to complex problems. This role works in a fast paced, evolving environment, with constant demands for better services. It requires strong problem resolution, decision making, communication, and partnering skills. This role acts as the primary relationship manager with business partners and stakeholders served by the product line, ensuring full engagement and communication, resolution of general issues and alignment of business strategy for the product.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline. Or
  • 5 years Progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience (project, program, product and/or people) with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience.
  • 5 years Familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline. Or
  • Experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations.

Pay Range: $54.22 – $89.01

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
