For this role, we are looking for a success-driven, self-motivated, meticulous, and positive person to join our customer service team who is looking to take our customer service and sales to the next level of professionalism and accuracy. In this role, you will apply your professional, enthusiastic approach to customer service to every task you perform. You will be called upon to use your excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills to increase revenue and future client opportunities. With your highly organized, attention-to-detail skill set, you will be part of an amazing team that is set to dominate the transportation industry. Requirements: Minimum two (2) years experience in the customer service and sales industry. High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass all security and background checks.
Required responsibilities:
– Must be able to book an average of 25 client reservations per day with 99% accuracy within 45 days
– Must be able to answer an average of 30 incoming reservation calls (avg. call length is 6 minutes) per day within 45 days
– Will establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business
– Must be able to multitask with prioritization to finish all assigned projects in a timely manner
– Must promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
– Must listen attentively, communicate persuasively

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
