THE POSITION
The Polycor family is looking for an IT support technician who is passionate about his job and who wants to join a dynamic, innovative IT team that is not afraid to have fun! In this position, you will collaborate and provide IT services to internal users, solve problems and improve processes in collaboration with other members of the IT team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage user accounts (new accounts, passwords, licenses, file access, upgrades, training, distribution, etc.) ;
· Participate in the management, preparation, maintenance and repair of the fleet of computers, telephones, printers, peripherals, servers, etc. ;
· Perform preventive maintenance on computer and electronic equipment;
· Maintain, update or migrate software on workstations between different technologies;
· Receive, prioritize and respond to support and training requests from users;
· Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support for all incidents and requests;
· Document all interventions and solutions for incidents;
· Propose optimization solutions to better support your customers;
· Follow up with users to ensure that their needs are met.

REQUIREMENTS
· A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience;
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in this type of position or any other relevant experience in a similar position;
The position requires travel to our various sites (approximately 15%), you must have a driver’s license and be able to attend meetings in Canada.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
