Role & Responsibilities:

The Clinical Operations Associate is responsible for the clinical operations and workflows crucial to the mission and success of Podimetrics, a care management company with the leading solution to help prevent diabetic foot ulcers. The Clinical Operations Associate ensures seamless onboarding and monitoring of patients by providing the operational infrastructure and data quality control necessary to support the Care Management and Operations teams. Additionally, the Clinical Operations Associate will support continuous improvement strategies towards maximum efficiency, resourcefulness, and lean operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Clinical Operations Associate will be responsible for a wide variety of day-to-day operations including, but not limited to:

  • Provide necessary clinical operations that service the Care Management team, such as managing daily call worklists, escalations, and clinical monitoring of patient scans.
  • Accountable for order receipt and entry from various clients. Input purchase orders and various data while continuously maintaining up to date patient records in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot slow product fulfillment or patient onboarding on a case-by-case basis by working closely with Shipping, Care Management, and Operations teams.
  • Independently manage projects and flow of information, evolving best practices along the way.
  • Identify and propose solutions to process inefficiencies in day-to-day operations.
  • Build a repository of documentation, protocols, and best practices for a growing team.
  • Contribute varied and flexible support to the Clinical Operations team.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to rapidly ascertain thorough knowledge and experience in Clinical Operations and informational flow.
  • High level of detail orientation and confidence in transcribing and analyzing sensitive patient information.
  • An excitement and commitment for continuous learning and resourcefulness.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Strong technical ability. Confident in learning new software and self-teaching new skills utilizing available online resources.
  • Dedication to operational efficiency and refined problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with independent project management among changing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to work and collaborate remotely.
