As the Product Manager Digital Community, you will be at the forefront of transforming PMI’s global community for our digital channels. Your leadership and strategic insight will help redefine the way our community interacts, collaborates, and engages through our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of community behaviors and digital product management to create compelling, user-centric experiences that meet our community’s needs and align with our broader business objectives.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- You will lead the strategy and execution for transforming PMI’s global community on digital channels, creating engaging, user-centric experiences.
- Facilitate a team of product managers/owners and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, technology, community engagement, and marketing.
- Utilize user insights, market analysis, and business metrics to guide product strategies and inform data-driven decisions.
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the digital community, ensuring it aligns with community needs and business goals.
- Prioritize product initiatives and features based on strategic fit, potential ROI, and user value.
- You will oversee the entire product development process, from ideation through to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Advocate for the community in all product decisions, ensuring their needs and behaviors are at the forefront of our product strategies.
- Communicate product plans, progress, results, and learnings to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in managing digital communities or social platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of a product through its lifecycle, from inception to launch and beyond.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams and driving product strategy and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working within agile teams.
