We’re hiring a Recruiter/Generalist – a true jack of all trades! We’re a high growth startup and we recently raised our Series A. Our team wears many hats and this role will be responsible for recruiting for general biz ops roles, in addition to supporting our Head of People on cultural initiatives.


What You’ll Do:

Recruit and Source

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen all candidates and organize the holistic interview process
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Support our Team Members

  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
  • Support company culture initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience, specifically for Operations and Sales roles
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Experience with Lever, our ATS, is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pickup new tools easily, work in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task

Please note:

This is a full-time position. Our team is fully remote and our only requirement is that you are able to commit to:

3-4 hour overlap with PST (starting at 9am) for non-customer facing roles

5 hour overlap with PST (starting at 9am) for customer facing roles
