Piping Systems Inc
The project management position is responsible for executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, including all facets of the project such as material, sub contracts, and labor. Review customer’s specifications and requirements to manage project within those requirements. Minimizes company exposure and risk on projects. Ensures project documents are complete and current. Tracks and reports team hours, expenses, manages project budget, determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project. Analyzes project profitability, revenue margins, bill rates, and utilization.
Essential Functions
1. Perform highly diversified duties to complete project requirements.
2. Review and evaluate cost and revenue.
3. Communicate with operations manager new and current issues.
4. Ensure timely completion of project.
5. Manage costs of all vendors.
6. Prepare and evaluate cost analysis.
7. Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
8. High level understanding of the pipe fabrication industry and piping materials.
9. Proficient knowledge of Accubid, Acorn, and Infor software.
10. Read and understand ISO and Spool drawings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
