About the role:
You will be responsible as IT Support for ensuring that the application or system used by employees functions properly. You will also be in charge of keeping the internet security system up and running. Furthermore, you will assist employees if problems arise with their work devices.
Requirements:
- You have must possess a minimum bachelor’s degree in majoring in Information and Technology, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (Related Department)
- Fresh graduates are welcome or experienced at least 1 year.
- Having solid knowledge about network routing switching, Windows Operating System, and Windows Server.
- Having MTCNA/ MTCRE certificate is preferred.
- Ability to work individually or collaborate in a team.
- Capable of managing and organizing IT-related documents.
- Problem-solving and can manage deadlines oriented.
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
- You’ll be based in Jakarta at the company’s head office.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting for Installation and support of desktops, laptops, printers, network devices also solving and troubleshooting related issues.
- Good understanding of network routing switching, Windows Operating System, and Windows Server.
- Creating documentation and improvement of IT support services.
- Hardware and software installation as per the checklist defined with user sign off.
- Maintaining IT onboarding of new employees.
- Making documentation of user guides and internal procedures.
- Managing the company’s IT assets.
- Provide operating system support – configuration Desktop disk or folder sharing and permissions management.
- Setup and administration of standard software from the Service Catalogue.
