We are hiring immediately for production roles in Mount Pleasant, TX!! We are currently offering a $2,000 sign on bonus to all eligible new hires paid throughout your first year employment!
Primary responsibilities include:
- Performing essential duties related to processing poultry products in compliance with USDA, animal welfare guidelines, and Pilgrim’s Company product standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and drive those habits throughout the organization.
- Participate in process improvement and problem solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies.
- Assist team members with the skills and knowledge gained from the position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.50 – $14.50 per hour
