This role requires a person with knowledge of the auto industry. The right person for this position must be fully capable of using social media and messenger platforms to increase sales opportunities. Honesty and integrity are required. Candidate must also be results-driven and have a good attitude.
Responsibilities:
· Converting online and showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate inventory.
· Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all inventory, and providing the potential customer with detailed information.
· Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating features.
· Building a rapport with customers to increase the possibility of current & future sales.
· Maintaining a customer database and timely communications with prospects.
· Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required.
· Support dealership sponsored community and sales events.
