Title: Software Implementation Specialist
Status: Full-time, W2
Location: 100% Remote
Reports to: COO
This Atlanta-based company is a leader in digital health technologies with a specialized focus on workplace population health and safety.
They are experiencing tremendous growth and need a tech-savvy, highly motivated, and extremely thorough Implementation Specialist to help guide their Fortune 500 customers through a positive, supportive, and extremely efficient onboarding experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
Configuration (75%)
- Manage logistics of and execute highly technical onboarding of multiple customers (approximately 10) at a time leading them through the setup/configuration process
- Ensure each customer can access and utilize the product to its maximum value
- Partner cross-departmentally with Customer Service/Success team members and engineers as needed to execute setup/configuration
Client Relations (20%)
- Proactively communicate with Sales Team, Customer Service Team, and the customer to plan and maintain onboarding schedule in line with Service Agreements
- Engage with customers during onboarding process, answering questions and troubleshooting issues primarily via email, but through chat, phone, and/or Zoom as necessary
- Communicate customer feedback to engineering team and collaborate to troubleshoot and improve product/customer journey
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify gaps in customer onboarding processes
Operations (5%)
- Leverage Trello to move systematically through customer onboarding progress and to communicate where each account is to other departments
- Recognize onboarding trends and suggest optimizations that may improve the onboarding journey
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in use of Trello and Slack or similar collaboration tools, required
- Knowledge in the following: Computer networking (LAN/WAN, topology, DNS, TCP handshake), Data structures & algorithms, Relational databases, Programming (required)
- Masters (preferred) or Bachelors (required) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer implementation/onboarding role or similar, required
- Proven ability to partner and communicate clearly with customers through complex processes and engagements, required
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time, required
- Experienced in working with self-service SaaS solutions, preferred
- Experience serving corporate customers, preferred
- Experience working in a startup environment, preferred
- Metro Atlanta-based, preferred but not required

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- $75,000-$90,000 annual salary based on experience
- Generous monthly expense fund
- 10 days annual paid time off (PTO)
