The New Client Setup Administrative Specialist is responsible for helping support the implementation team through accurate data entry and verification. The Administrative Specialist partners with the NCS Specialist on numerous tasks including transferring payroll information, employee data verification, and calling various agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes conversion of data through Paycom’s internal systems to ensure data integrity
- Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate data and that all deadlines are met consistently
- Easily adapts to internal process changes and stays up to date on product developments
- Troubleshoots and collaborates with peers to answer complex questions as they arise
- Attends and leads meetings as required
- Demonstrates initiative by constantly providing input and recommending ways to improve the NCS Administrative Specialist role, and company initiatives to support process and system improvements
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers to establish cordial and effective working relationships
- Holds internal and external partners accountable to project objectives and timelines
- Submits all sensitive data through appropriate Paycom platforms in accordance with Paycom Security Standards
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma required
Experience:
- A minimum of two years of data entry/payroll related experience required.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Detail oriented and consistently delivers high-quality results
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Web-based Platforms
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
- Maintains professional appearance and calm demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to perform job duties with moderate supervision
