General Summary

The IT Support and Infrastructure Manager provides leadership & hands-on support for developing and implementing information technology initiatives and solutions as determined by the business. This position requires vision to support banking services with a focus on internal customer service. The IT Manager collaborates with the VP Information and Cyber Security on the overall IT strategy and information security & risk management strategies. The position will monitor performance and productivity levels of information technology systems and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure and service. This position directly manages the day-to-day operations, schedules, and goals of the IT Helpdesk team.

Requirements

A strong technical leader with a minimum of 5 years leading an IT team and/or IT domain experience. This is a hands-on technical role; candidates will periodically handle and respond to associate requests as needed as well as maintaining the day-to-day IT operations.

Relevant Experience and skills:

Ideal candidates will have experience in help desk management and/or escalated support, IT operations, and cybersecurity.

· Background in secure environment and/or industry experience

· 5-8 years of relevant experience including managing teams

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies

· Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

· Has a genuine interest in technology

· Budgeting and forecasting

· Hands on experience managing complex network, server, storage, and communication systems

Nice-to-have Technical Skills:

Experience with various industry applications (Fiserv, Ellie Mae, Finastra, etc.), ITIL service management. knowledge of Azure, AWS or Google cloud computing, SIEM tools and cyber security technologies. Citrix virtual apps and desktops. Mobile Device Management (MDM) Fortinet and Cisco hardware (UCS) experience. Storage/SAN (EMC/Dell, HPE Nimble, NetApp) experience. Knowledge of bank State/Federal regulatory compliance. Meraki and Cisco network technologies (routers, switches, wireless access points) Chromebook configuration and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
