JOB SUMMARY: NATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE

To grow implant revenue with new logo clients within the healthcare insurance market. Identify and close new opportunities while expanding client base nationally.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To generate “New Business” nationally by developing prospects, moving them through the sales process, and closing opportunities which yield net new implant revenue in the healthcare market
  • Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with Paradigm’s goal of bringing our surgical implant solution to the healthcare market focusing on the following channel(s): Healthcare Payors, Healthcare TPAs, Healthcare Navigators, Healthcare Payment Integrity firms
  • Act as a liaison between the client and requisite Paradigm departments including Go-To-Market, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, Finance and IT.
  • Utilize for pipeline development, management and activity tracking to Paradigm’s standard expectations
  • Plan, organize, and delivery new revenue in order to achieve Paradigm’s near-term revenue and margin goals by meeting and/or exceeding defined production quotas specific to selling surgical implants to the healthcare market.
  • Work with marketing and sales operations to help improve the healthcare market visibility of our related service lines.
  • Work with Paradigm marketing to identify healthcare focused conference/convention participation opportunities to drive prospecting efforts and market visibility
  • Work with senior management to report out on market penetration, pipeline development and ongoing business development strategy on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for reporting to the executive leadership team and the Paradigm Board of Directors.
  • When necessary, train and/or mentor other Paradigm employees.
  • Perform additional duties as identified and directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of sales experience in the commercial healthcare marketplace, selling to healthcare payors, navigators, TPAs, payment integrity organizations and/or through other vendors who provide services directly to the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow an actionable sales pipeline from the ground up
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive level strategy documents and sales reports outlining progress toward entering new markets with existing products
  • Creativity and enthusiasm are a must.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills.
  • Exceptional presentation skills are necessary to interface with clients, staff, and management.
  • Proven ability to develop and foster relationships within organizations.
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills necessary to interface with clients, staff, and management.
  • Proficient computer skills including a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Visio and Salesforce.
