You will be responsible for promoting and booking travel arrangements for clients (Individuals, businesses or organizations). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and provide a unique travel experience for your clients.

Job Description:

Determining Client’s’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages

Organizing travel from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, transportation & activities

Supplying travelers with pertinent information

Responsibilities:

Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, reviews, etc.

Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes- suggest suitable travel packages or services.

Organize travel from beginning to end though booking tickets and accommodations ets.

Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages

Handle unforeseen problems and complaints

Attend trainings to maintain familiarity with tourism trends

Create and update electronic record of clients

Maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
