The Field Sales Representative is responsible for developing new clients and maintaining existing client relationships. For the role, the incumbent will create and put into action projects and aggressive sales techniques. The incumbent would excel at closing deals using effective interpersonal and communication abilities to win over potential customers. The role will require the individual to be out in the field for three days and in the office for two days.
- Create and implement a strategy to attract new clients in your sales territory.
- Follow up on quotes from inside sales and technical support
- Utilize CRM to keep the business informed about new business development opportunities, account status, prospective clients, client needs, and competitor concerns.
- Get in touch with prospective clients and stay in touch with them to let them know about our new goods and services.
- Follow up on leads with marketing and collaborate with the marking team on sales initiatives
- Participate in online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events in order to present our services and products to clients and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Develop relationships with existing customers
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a science related field
- Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
- CRM experience preferred, ie Salesforce or NetSuite
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Willing to travel 50-70% of the time
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills

- Employee must regularly sit, walk, talk, hear, use hand and fingers, handle, or feel; occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
