onDiem is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support our on-demand staffing platform. As part of our Customer Success team, your role will be to assist and advocate for the dental professionals and practices who are the heart and soul of our platform.

Assist with Customer Support:

  • Read and respond to messages via our online customer messaging tool
  • Confirm shifts with professionals and respond to any questions or issues that arise (either before or after the shift)
  • Be extremely knowledgeable about our platform to the extent that you are able to answer questions, write FAQs, offer “pro tips”, and help users get as much value from their experience as possible
  • Contact professionals and practices as needed via email and phone
  • Collaborate with product and design to replicate and report bugs
  • Collaborate with others in your department to gather user experience insights that can be shared with the larger team

Assist with Large Accounts:

  • Assist with user onboarding and trainings as needed
  • Participate in efforts to maximize fulfillment for open shifts, and response on perm ads, through:
  • Facebook paid advertising
  • Social influencer advertising
  • Direct contact with target professionals
  • Other methods yet to be determined

Assist with Regional Marketing and Sales:

  • Participate in efforts to maximize Professional recruitment, by:
  • Networking extensively among professionals in your region
  • Understanding market dynamics (who competitors are, who influencers are, who active temps are, who education leaders are, etc.) and actively working those contacts to drive more interest and account sign ups, completion of onboarding, and active work (temp shift fulfillment)
  • Provide insights on all of these things to assist with ongoing market development and strategy

Other duties as assigned, may include:

  • Assisting Operations with weekly finance duties
  • Assisting on data projects
  • Other duties TBD

Successful CSRs:

  • Have personal experience working with apps, and general consumer-level technical knowledge, but need not have heavy tech background
  • Have a positive attitude, are flexible, are entrepreneurial, and are self-starters
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are curious and analytical thinkers, able to identify and verify issues and then communicate them to our team
  • Are team players, willing to jump in and contribute as needed, always focused on bringing value to your department, our customers, and our company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
