Full Job Description

We are looking for a results driven Sales Executive who can acquire new clients by leveraging our portfolio of services. Omega is in hyper-growth mode and seeking high-performing sales executives with a proven track record of crushing their sales quotas. Your mission will be to position us as a tax incentive expert that helps our clients achieve the best possible options for their business.

This is a full-time, exempt position, based on-site in our beautiful Irvine, CA office.

You are the Ideal Candidate if You Have:

  • 2-3+ years of commercial selling experience targeting business owners and executives
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively at the executive level with small to mid-market companies
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or other business related degree is preferred
  • Collaborative and team-oriented player who thrives in a fun and fast paced environment
  • Disciplined and organized with the proven ability to manage a pipeline of prospects
  • Ability to think strategically and target the right clients to grow revenue and profitability
  • Prior experience selling finance and/or accounting services is preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Sales CRM utilization
  • Growth mindset with a passion to learn and reach your full potential
