Job Title: School Based Claiming Client Support Assistant (Part Time)
Position Summary
We are currently seeking a part time Client Support Assistant to support our School Based Claiming
Division.
The Client Support Assistant provides support to our School Districts to ensure that their requests and needs are being addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Responsibilities
- Respond to provider request for log in resets for NEMB’s proprietary Simple Note documentation system
- Monitor NEMB Client Services e-mail. Distribute e-mails to appropriate team member based on nature of the request.
- Maintain RMTS Change of Status process. Reach out to School Districts to request required information. Follow up on outstanding request. Upload information to the State website.
- Maintain Parental authorization database. Verify completeness of documentation including eligibility and enter into database.
Qualifications and Experience
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 -2 year of administrative experience. Preference in school setting preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work with Microsoft Access
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi task
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
