Navagis Looking for Accountant at San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Navagis software solutions are built using Google Maps and Google Cloud technologies and open systems to integrate various information sources into a map-driven common operating picture for the entire enterprise.

To expand our US operations, we are in need of an Accountant to join our fast-growing team.

Your Role:

• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including bank and balance sheet account reconciliation.

• Process employee’s payroll and payroll-related journal entries using established policies, procedures, and guidelines in a timely manner.

• Process payroll-related taxes, Social Security contributions, employee benefit contributions, garnishments, and other deductions to ensure accuracy of individual pay

• Assist in revenue collection and accounts receivable process

• Provide accounting related support to Finance Manager/Director and overall need of the organization

• Additional job duties and responsibilities will be determined by the Employee ’s direct manager or members of the Management Team.

About You:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accountancy and/or other related courses

• At least five years of experience in the finance field

• Experienced in using ERP Systems

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable process
