Primary Responsibilities
- Supporting EVP and VP of Sales in analyzing customer Point of Sale (POS) and internal sales data to make relevant and smart decisions for key accounts
- Analyze internal sales information to aid in crafting Sales’ Strategic Plan
- Build strong partnerships by fostering relationships with key customer contacts
- Coordinating with the Orders team and warehouse on facilitating customer orders
- Complete customer promotional forms and item setup forms
- Work with Sales team on ad hoc projects
- Assist in developing internal category management review processes
- Work with Supply Chain to monitor Nature’s Way and customer inventory levels to reduce out-of-stocks and maximize sales
- Monitor and update inventory feed in customers’ Ecomm portals
- Supporting Director of Product & Marketing in analyzing customer Point of Sale (POS) data to make relevant and smart decisions for new product development
- Analyze sales trends and market intelligence to aid in product development strategies
- Aid in development of new product copy and marketing content
- Facilitate internal item setup so Supply Chain has relevant information to work with factories
- Track graphics development for timeliness completion
- Assist coordinating trade show booth designs, promotional offerings, marketing programs, and shipments
- Some travel will be required
- Other various duties as assigned
- This position will report to the VP of Sales
Skills Required

- Adaptable to quickly and independently solve problems
- Excellent communication skills – both in person, in writing, and over the phone
- Strong with Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency with Excel strongly encouraged
- Skill with Access a plus
- College Degree; preferably in Business concentration
Hours/Location/Benefits
- Full time, Monday – Friday

Travel
- 5-10% Travel, some overnight

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
