Nabila’s is a new Lebanese restaurant that pays homage to my mother & grandmother’s cooking – the kind of food only found in a Beirut home. We are a family partnership that takes pride in our cuisine, multi-generational recipes, commitment to excellence, and Cobble Hill community ties. We will build a healthy, positive, and respectful environment for all. There is no trade-off between excellence and kindness; we insist on both. We want a long-term Line Cook who shares our values and wants to join our family.
Role
· Runner will be responsible for bringing dishes to all dine-in customers
· Runner will also handle bussing, table cleaning, and resetting tables
· Nabila’s is hybrid counter/full-service; customers order at our counter and runner brings food to the table
· Indoor/outdoor seating capacity is approximately 50. Beer & wine will be available

Schedule
· PM target shift target is 4:00-10:00pm, Weds-Sun
· Looking for immediate start
Compensation
· $10/hr tipped base wage
· Estimate $20-30/hr total comp including tipped pool
· All dine-in (50 seats) & takeout will flow through FOH service, along with all beer & wine sales
· Tip pool will be split among just 4-5 FOH staff members
