Our client is seeking 2 Physical Therapists to join their rehab teams in separate outpatient clinics. These are full time positions offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The PT will have 39 treatment hours with 2 hours of meetings per week. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8a-5p two days/week, 9a-7p 2 days/week. Friday’s schedule is 8a-3p. Our client owns and operates two clinics in McAllen and Weslaco, Texas.
Benefits and Compensation
- $107k – $115K for experienced manual therapist

- Salary ranges from 85k-90k for new grad
Responsibilities of the Outpatient Physical Therapist
- Expected Productivity: 1.5 for a new PT School Grad/2.0 for experienced PT
- Evaluate and assess your patients to establish functional, measurable goals that promote restoration of functional abilities.
- Advise and consult with the family and/or other caregivers as indicated to promote the client’s level of progress toward mutually agreed upon goals and plan for discharge.
Qualifications
- 3 years of outpatient experience, but all interested therapists are encouraged to apply
- Texas state PT License
- Degree from PT Accredited College
- MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES (NO VISA SPONSORSHIP.)
