We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible of coordinating the fulfillment of backorders with the Operation, Sales, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Logistics team. The Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for replenishing and transferring of inventory to Multiquip warehouses in the US and Canada.
Location for this position is hybrid (Cypress, CA & Remote).

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible of coordinating the fulfillment of backorders with the Operation, Sales, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Logistics team. The Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for replenishing and transferring of inventory to Multiquip warehouses in the US and Canada.
Location for this position is hybrid (Cypress, CA & Remote).
Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes fulfillment of backorders based on first in first out and coordinates with Operation, Sales, and Accounts Receivable the release of backorders for Construction Equipment
- Collaborates with the Logistic Specialist in keeping track of import equipment
- Manages Parts and construction equipment inventory replenishment and the communication of the inventory transfers to different warehouses
- Optimizes transfers into full truckload(s) and coordinate the booking of transfers with Logistic Team, Carrier/Freight Brokers
- Streamlines current backorder fulfillment and replenishment process and recommends improvements
- Carries out the Logistics Coordinator functions within Multiquip JSox policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics; 1-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (SAP is a plus) and Transportation Management Systems
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and must be highly proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must have a service-oriented attitude and the ability to work with several teams within the organization
