The Office Administrator for our Client, an eight office medical practice, is responsible for the delivery of all human resources programs and functions including employee experience, organizational development, compliance, compensation, compliance, benefits, recruiting, retention, training, performance management, learning/development, and bookkeeping This role requires the desire and ability to be an influential and credible Office Administrator within the team, including setting the tone, agenda, and direction of HR. They will coach practice leaders and employees on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- High level of confidentiality
- Medical Compliance
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. QuickBooks is a plus
- Service and customer oriented
- Must have excellent written/verbal skills
- Ability to working in a fast paced, multitasking environment
- Medical or Healthcare background required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Knowledge in current HR legislation and compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA,COVID, HIPPA)
- Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills while exhibiting a high sense of urgency
- Accounting-Bookkeeping experience.
