Construction Worker (Entry-Mid Level)

Job Description:

Mighty Maple Properties, LLC is a family-owned real estate management company that focuses on quality renovations and builds in the King George, VA area. Seeking an individual with great work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to learn all aspects of construction and property management. Team members will be expected to take part in demolition, framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, finish carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical work, concrete forming and pouring, job site clean up, and general labor. There are huge growth opportunities for education, compensation and satisfaction within the company.

Responsibilities:

Team members are expected to be respectful of property, neighbors and clients, arrive on time, be physically presentable, have the willingness to learn new skills, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to speak English. Must own a reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites. Looking for a team member with a basic understanding of home construction as a whole, experience preferred, but we are willing to train as needed. Ability to lift and/or pull 75lbs, climb ladders, work off ladders, maintain standing positions for extended periods, to be able to fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt. Capable of working in a variety of weather conditions. Basically, keep up with other team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
