Job Description
- Support day-to-day system operations
- Monitor processes
- Support end-users
- Lead upgrades
- Comply with and enforce processes in the ticketing system
- Assist in testing modifications, enhancements and major updates
- Interface with Developers and BSAs

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365
- Strong background in Operations with basic Finance knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Advanced experience in software support
- D365 CRM and Customer Engagement knowledge
- Power Platform
- Power BI
