Description
MGM Healthcare is seeking a talented, customer focused IT Field Technician based in St. Louis, Missouri, with travel in Oklahoma and Iowa. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of skills including interpersonal, technology, customer service and first-hand experience in the post-acute care environment.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities – FIELD TECHNICIAN
- Travel to various offices to perform essential IT duties and responsibilities as required
- Provide senior technical project service work.
- General upkeep various Computing devices including: Computers, Printers and network equipment.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with both customers and the company
Skills, Abilities, & Experience Required
- Ability to learn and grow with experienced Telephony and Network Administrators
- New Technical School Graduates welcome
- Experience in PC Help Desk/Support/Help Desk capacity.
- Ability to support Help Desk issues from Level 1 through Level 3.
