Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide great and memorable customer service to our customers
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Answer phones and input data to schedule appointments
  • Provide above and beyond customer service to clients leaving them with a smile!
  • Schedule and dispatch team to jobs
  • Ability to stay task focused
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Outgoing, professional, patient and positive attitude
  • Assist with clerical tasks and upkeep of relevant information in excel
  • Work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customer
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable and experienced in verbal and written expression

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 – $2.00 per hour
