IT Coordinator
Job Description
I Report To: CFO
II Job Outline
As the IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with all major project related to installing, upgrading, and managing software and hardware on company devices. You will perform various activities to support our IT department and company processes. You will also work directly with our managers to setup reporting and troubleshoot issues on our fleet GPS system. Must be a critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail.

III Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects.
- Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices.
- Provide technical support or training for systems and networks.
- Act as link between end users and higher-level support.
- As needed, install, and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
- Assist in monitoring system and network performance.
- As needed, perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration.
- Resolve conflicts on work orders by working with Sales Support Team.
- Prepare and setup reporting for managers as requested on our fleet GPS tracking system.
- Oversee new technology installation and prepare training sheets for future use.
- Meet established goals and objectives as determined by department management.
- Other duties or special projects assigned as needed.
IV Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as IT coordinator or similar role
- Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Schedule: M – F (8am – 5 pm)
Salary: Based on Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
