SUMMARY: Directs, administers, and/or coordinates assigned marketing department activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in developing strategic marketing plans to meet goals and objectives of the practice.
- Develops and maintains assigned marketing budgets.
- Assists in planning and coordinating the marketing of current and new products.
- Develops and coordinates the production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, and signage.
- Oversees production of marketing materials; monitors for quality and corporate identity guidelines.
- Develops plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet practice objectives.
- Coordinates and manages market research and competitive analysis; utilizes knowledge and prepares reports as needed.
- Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the marketing team.
- Attends seminars, conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.
- Assists with development and maintenance of consistent practice image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
- Assists with new product and service announcements.
- Assumes primary ownership for practice Websites content, look/feel, and functionality. Interfaces with technical development team.
- Develops and executes proactive media relations strategy designed to cultivate relationships with targeted media and generate publicity that increases practice awareness.
- Writes and distributes press releases and other communications materials; posts press releases to web site.
- Plans and manages public relations activities during trade shows, conferences, and industry events; manages press conference schedules and promotional activities with the press at trade shows;
- Handles incoming media calls from local, regional, national, and trade media.
- Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Builds effective relationships and trust with patients and potential patients by listening to their needs and educating them about the practice and services that are most appropriate to their situation.
- Sells products by recognizing opportunities and interacting with patients
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

- Directly supervises employees within the department(s).
- Indirectly supervises employees within the department(s).
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field. Or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $105,172.00 per year
