LOCATION: Mantey Heights – Grand Junction, CO
POSITION: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
PAY: $25.00 – $33.89
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Full-time days, Part-time and PRN

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients’ vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community.
- Liaise with patients’ families.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed LPN license program.
- Computer skills.
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- A love for seniors!
