WHO WE ARE
Lucie was founded by Emmy-award winning journalist Craig Lucie. While his last name is “Lucie,” it actually means light or illumination. Having covered news his entire career, Lucie wanted to shine a light on all the good behind companies and nonprofits. Our motto: ‘Create your news’ is exactly what we aim to do for your business. In order to ‘humanize’ your company, we believe in creating compelling content that will resonate with your viewers.
Founded by journalists, Lucie applies this experience to content creation, marketing, PR, brand strategy, and much more. ABOUT THE JOB
Our Content Agents are the backbone of Lucie. They are responsible for the day-to-day, week-to-week and month-to-month management of our client relations. As the liaison between Lucie and the client, you will be responsible for ensuring the agreement is fulfilled. Lucie will be there to help every step of the way, but you will run your business YOUR WAY.
What the job role entails:
o The content agent will be responsible for generating and securing new business
o Source and develop client relationships and referrals
o Strong sales experience would be ideal (TV or Media sales background would be an added advantage)
o Serve as the “Account Lead” and take ownership of new business developed with the support of Lucie’s infrastructure
o Must make every attempt to meet the needs of clients
The compensation for this position is commission-based and can be lucrative if you are willing to put in the hard work. Remember that “you work your schedule and at your pace”. What’s more is that you will be rewarded a percentage of the deals you bring in and manage.
