$25,000.00 Sign-On Bonus is available for this position for twenty four month FT commitment.
Twelve months of $1,000.00/month Housing Allowance Upon Relocation
This position verifies and marks surgical site with patient prior to surgery. RN identifies actual and potential problems. RN analyzes data and formulates effective interventions. D evises a plan of care for each patient and implements the plan of care and reassesses the patient throughout the procedure and modifies the care.
Patient needs for learning and education are identified and met.
RN demonstrates age specific competencies for the care and treatment of (neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric) patients. Provides appropriate surgical care to patients of different ages.
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care of the patient in PACU, GI, OR, per unit protocol.
Collaborates with the Supervisor or Director of Surgical Services to facilitate effective mentoring, growth, and development of orientees.
RN explains actions and procedures to the patient. RN minimizes anxiety and ensures comfort of the patient.
Requires:
Current NM RN licensure or appropriate compact licensure
Associates degree
Graduate of a program in discipline
Bachelors’ degree preferred
Current BLS and ACLS upon hire
PALS/ENPC within six months of hire.
