RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver P&L for each month
- Ensure operational excellence within company by improving efficiency and profitability
- Oversee the Sales & Title department to ensure each team member is completing and meeting expectations
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metricsDesign and implement business strategies, plans and proceduresSet comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Maintain consistent contact with Partners to develop new ideas, strategy and advocacy to support growth and success
- Lead existing team to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Support in the sale and onboarding of new hires
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience, 5+ in a leadership role
- Strong history of leading teams to deliver productivity standards and financial results
- Proven ability to grow and develop people
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA (preferred)
- Car experience (Preferred)
- Proficient in MacOS, Google Suite, and Slack or able to learn quickly
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environmentWillingness to work overtime as necessary

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
