Senior Technology Manager – Cloud Infrastructure, Lululemon USA Inc., Seattle, WA. Provide vision and leadership to deliver best-in-class enterprise cloud platform services. Responsible for understanding cloud platform requirements (services, features, and timing) from the customers of the lululemon Cloud Platform services. Develops strategic plans, roadmaps, and business cases in collaboration with technology leaders and architects. Builds and manages a high-performance team of architects, engineers, product managers and analysts. Inspires and motivates team to grow and achieve personal and collective team goals. Builds operational support strategy and delivery model for the platforms. Negotiates service level agreements. Delivers support to these agreements. Lead efforts for new technology selection, including Build vs Buy assessment, development of RFI/RFP, review and evaluation through to final recommendation. Proactively partner with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new cloud platform technologies and services. Promote best practices and technologies, spanning compliance, IAM, cloud cost optimization, CI/CD pipelines, containers, observability, network, database, and security across diverse delivery teams and applications. Engage teams in highly collaborative activities to drive alignment and partnership. Use effective negotiation and influence skills to ensure priorities are met. Create forums to inform, educate, and facilitate cloud adoption and support. Team Development and people management. Budget and project financials management. Vendor managed services and contract management.
 
Telecommuting permitted up to 100%. The candidate may reside anywhere in the U.S.
 
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the technology industry.
 
Of the required experience, must have 7 years of experience in program management, engineering or software architecture supporting cloud infrastructure technology delivery.
 
Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
 
· Managing enterprise-wide technology programs with a major cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure cloud or equivalent platform; and
· Technology program management with demonstrated understanding and delivery of product management and agile methodologies.
 
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience building and managing technology teams consisting of a minimum of 10 employees or contractors.
 
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience managing traditional or open-source platforms, such as containers platforms, cloud security platforms, cloud networking and pipelines and CI/CD tooling.
 
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
 
· Managing budgets in excess of USD $1,000,000; and
· Managing vendors with Statements of Works in excess of USD $500,000.

Compensation and Benefits Package

For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $196,680- $216,680 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
